Whether you are an experienced practitioner or a first time yoga student, we want your experience to be the best possible. If you have any questions, please let us know. Our teachers are here to support you along your yoga journey of transformation!

We want you to find the classes that are right for you…….. and because of this, we offer a special package just for new students. Our $25 One Week Unlimited Yoga and or $75 One Month Unlimited Yoga is designed to give you an opportunity to try different types of classes and take from as many teachers as possible. We hope you’ll find something that fits you.

At Studio 1010, we teach a unique, free flowing style of Vinyasa. This type of yoga connects breath and movement. This is a challenging style and at first, you might feel uncertain and a little overwhelmed – this is normal. Because of this, for those new to yoga or new to our studio, we highly recommend starting with Slow Flow, Align Yoga, or Heated Deep Stretch. Slow Flow focuses on mindful, gentler movement. Once you are familiar with the postures and ready for a little more, we encourage you to try Hot Yoga, our most creative and dynamic class. If you like more of a traditional style, we offer both Hatha and Iyengar. Hot Power Yoga is a guided class that is challenging, yet accessible to everyone, and Hatha & Iyengar (Align Yoga), which is based on more traditional poses is for beginners, but also suitable for the advanced practitioner.

Our classes do not have levels. We believe that yoga should be practiced mindfully. This means listening to your body, using modifications, and basically – doing what feels right for you. This will help you find the teacher within. Because of this, anyone can participate in any class at Studio 1010. Our classes are open to all!
