We offer many styles of Yoga Personal Training to fit your specific needs and skill level. In a private setting, you can exercise without distractions in a calm, relaxed environment. Our certified trainers will provide:

• A guided workout tailored to your individual needs
• Instruction focused on flexibility, muscle tone, endurance, concentration, and balance
• Increased joint range of motion, enhanced athletic performance, and spine decompression to alleviate pain in the lower back and hips

We also offer Yoga Personal Training fusion sessions to fit your needs including cardio and weight training yoga.

Students book personal yoga sessions for a variety of reasons

• Grasping the basics of yoga (3+ sessions recommended)
