This training will create a space for participants to come alive. Trainees will find their voice, truth and freedom from fear. We will use yoga as a tool to heal, serve others, soften where we’ve become rigid and strengthen areas we may have forgotten. We will provide the skills and format to teach a vinyasa yoga class and share knowledge of yoga anatomy. Training will include hands on experience and personal transformation to make a difference in peoples lives on and off the mat.
Whether you are embarking on yoga teacher training for personal development or to become a yoga teacher, this foundational program will advance your practice, acquaint you with the many layers of yoga, build your confidence and help you find your voice.
